Time: 9:30am - 10:30am Offered to beginner and experienced students, preparing mind and body for labor and passage into motherhood through a flowing strengthening and stretching class.

H&M Spanish Programs along with The Bookworm are starting a multilevel Spanish workshop for adult learners where the instruction method is based on storytelling and communicative game playing.

Time: 1:15pm Small classes for all levels and abilities. Stretch and strengthen with appropriate pre/post natal exercises. Babies optional. $13-$15. Private/other lessons also available by appointment.
