• Please fill out this form & we will have your information up within 48 hours... there is no charge for a calendar listing.
• If you are submitting something for the WEEKLY ACTIVITIES - it must be an ongoing activity throughout the year and not include specific dates. DO NOT POST your class schedules! Parents can look at your listing and go to your website for program schedules.
• For the ANNUAL CALENDAR, we will post anything that is happening for families and is not an ongoing activity. We are happy to post fundraisers, open houses, seminars, parent night out, etc. (We will not post camp or class schedules.)
• If you want to post your complete schedule each quarter, you may want to consider doing our Premium Package which gives you your own page on VailParent.com
